How To Make It Snow In The Summer

As an antsy passenger during a long drive, in a rental car, I decided to pass the time chewing the flavor out of some Fruit Stripes gum. 5 minutes later, the pack was gone. Now, much like being in a room with the Beastie Boys and that one guy from 311, I was left with lots of white wrappers.

This was a perfect opportunity to make snowflakes appear, while it was 100 degrees outside! I cut the wrappers into circles, folded them up, and snipped them into snow!!!

My favorite part of this entire traveling craft project, was tucking the snowflakes into the vanity mirrors. This was, when the next renter could have the surprise of a little winter in the middle of summer!

I think it’ll be fun to pre-make some of these, and sneak them into the visor of friends cars, while its still warm out.
